1934 Martin 0-17
They don’t get much cooler than this, in a pre-war Martin or at all for that matter. One of the very first Martins ever to have modern T-type frets (they all had bar frets up until sometime in 1934), and a neck size and contour to dream about: a true 1-3/4” at the nut, and a wonderful handful of a modified V-shape, can’t beat it and never duplicated for comfort, by anyone, to this day. This guitar is totally, 100% rock solid courtesy of our own in-house restoration department after having suffered a few indignities many years ago, but we do have it aced and you’ll love it dearly, as we do. Original finish, original frets smooth as silk, and the tone of a pre-war, solid mahogany 0-size Martin forever. Nice new Waverly tuning machines (the best, and American-made too). Total love at first breath. Original soft case, a bit tatty, but we’ll give you a deal on a specially-made brand-new hardshell if you like.
